These wonderful Rain Effects of real rain, puddles, splashes, mist and custom brushes along with Real rain and Mist overlays will get the job done.
I created all of these in my studio and outside in the rain and think these will be a real time saver and get great results, the overlays just drag and drop change the blend modes in Photoshop.
